I’ve Lost the Spark
Hume
Robert Hume: Reason, acoustic guitar, vocals
I’ve lost the spark.
I won’t leave me mark.
Cause I’ve lost the spark.
Songs I’d write would keep me up at night.
Now when I write it feels like giving birth.
And they have no worth.
Without the dream it’s bad poetry.
My rhymes don’t rhyme.
That girl should me mine.
But I’ve lost the spark.
Girls I’d meet would sweep me off my feet.
Now what’s point?
I don’t even care.
I don’t have a prayer.
